Planner
Support product strategy projects for our mobility, consumer technology and healthcare clients
You
The key areas of knowledge, competencies and experience you will need:
- An industrial/product/UX design graduate with 2-3 years of professional experience working in design research/strategy
- Have a keen interest in the mobility and consumer tech sectors. Experience in these sectors is preferred
- A strong analytical and intuitive thinker
- Well organised, systematic and diligent
- Work rigorously with high attention to detail and quality
- Write clearly and can summarise information, ideas and observations concisely
- A strong visual communicator and proficient in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (other Adobe CC applications desirable, eg XD, After Effects)
- Get on with people, you’re a good team worker and are eager to learn and help
Your role
- Participate in projects across our five areas of expertise: Strategic foresight, Opportunity discovery, Proposition development, Experience strategy and Capability building
- Analyse research data to help uncover insights and identify opportunities
- Manage small projects and support the management of larger ones
- Assist in the set-up, running and capturing of client workshops
- Draft recommendations and develop compelling presentations
- Develop, design and post marketing materials
- Track industry trends and keep our team updated on relevant news
- Define and develop your areas of expertise
